1. Purpose

Sestaro provides access to verified B2B contacts in the form of sestaros. One sestaro unlocks one contact record. Using the service implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Sestaros

Sestaros are bought in packs and never expire. 1 sestaro equals 1 unlocked contact. Unlocking the same contact is charged only once per account.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Sestaros are added to the account once the payment is confirmed. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), taxes included where applicable.

4. Refunds

Unused sestaros may be refunded upon reasonable request. Sestaros already spent to unlock a contact are non-refundable.

5. Permitted use

The data obtained is intended for B2B prospecting compliant with applicable regulations. Any resale, bulk sharing or abusive use is prohibited and leads to account termination.

6. Availability

We strive to ensure service continuity without guaranteeing it 100 percent. A technical outage gives no right to compensation beyond the refund of unused sestaros.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts after seeking an amicable solution.
