Your reputation belongs to you
Cold email platforms send on your behalf, from IP addresses shared with thousands of strangers. Sestaro does the opposite: your messages leave from your own server.
The sending
- Your sending server and your credentials. We never relay a message.
- Your domain and your address: that is what your recipients see.
- The reputation you build. If you ever leave, you take it with you.
The rest, and nothing more
- The domains that carry open and click tracking.
- The return address where refusals come back, so they can be classified.
- The database, the sequences, the reports. Everything except the sending.
Without ever taking over what belongs to you.
Your DNS zone stays yours
The setup screen gives you the exact list of records to publish, then queries your own nameservers to confirm that SPF, DKIM and DMARC answer. You edit your zone, we verify.
We never manufacture a key on your behalf. A signing key your vendor holds is a key you do not control.
We stop you before you burn your domain
A fresh domain that sends a thousand messages on day one gets filed as junk and does not come back. Volume ramps up gradually, and it freezes on its own if the returns get worse.
Here is when we cut. Nobody publishes these thresholds; knowing them in advance beats discovering them on a Monday morning. They are computed over a rolling seven-day window, and no rate blocks anything before fifty sends.
The message is scored before it leaves
Every message goes through a spam analysis and you see the result before sending. A test goes to yourself, through your own server, and writes nothing: no statistic, no enrolment, no counter.
Refusals are classified, not piled up
An address that does not exist and a server refusing on policy grounds are not the same problem. Returns come back to an address we own and are sorted by refusal code. Dead addresses enter the suppression list and never receive anything again.
The unsubscribe link is in every message and works in one click, immediately and permanently. We do not keep the address in the clear: an encrypted fingerprint is enough to guarantee it never goes back into a campaign.
Several brands, several domains
An account declares as many sending domains as it has brands. Each one has its own authentication and its own ramp-up, and you pick which one carries each campaign.
Try it on your own domain
The account is free and needs no card. You will see the setup screen before deciding anything.
