Where do the contacts come from?
They are professional B2B records in more than a hundred countries, from public and professional sources. When you unlock an address, our probe checks live that its mailbox exists, in every account, free included: if the address is proven dead, the sestaro you spent is refunded automatically.
Is the contact data GDPR compliant?
Yes. Processing relies on the legitimate interest of B2B prospecting. Anyone listed can object through our opt-out form: their record is removed, and we keep only a hash of their address so they never come back into the base.
Can I write to my prospects from Sestaro?
Yes, in every account. You write your message and set the follow-up rhythm. Sestaro schedules the sends, and they leave through your own sending server: your SMTP, Amazon SES or your Gmail mailbox. Your prospects reply straight to you, as they would to any email you write, and you see who opened, who clicked and who replied. There is no other emailing tool to plug in or pay for.
Do my follow-ups stop when someone replies?
Yes. You mark the reply and the rest stops for that contact: nobody gets a follow-up after already answering you. An unsubscribe, or an address that no longer exists, stops everything too, for good, with nothing for you to watch.
Can I write to my own contacts?
Yes. Import a CSV file or type your records in by hand into your lists, then enroll them in a campaign like any unlocked contact. Your own data costs no sestaros: you only spend sestaros to unlock a record from our index.
How do I know whether my emails are read?
You see, message by message and contact by contact, who opened, who clicked and who came to your site, and you export the whole thing to CSV. The robots that open emails on people's behalf are not counted: an open rate inflated by machines is useful to nobody.
Cookies and trackers.
The cookies the site needs (session, security, fraud prevention, display preference) always stay on and cannot be refused. Your choice only covers analytics and marketing, including the affiliate cookie.
